LONG ISLAND CITY — An outdoor “elevated beer garden” and restaurant opened its doors last week, located within the Ravel Hotel’s new 10-story tower expansion, which also includes a ballroom event space and dozens of new hotel rooms.

Estate Garden Grill debuted June 14 on the third floor of the hotel’s newly constructed Estate Tower, serving 15 beers on tap and a seafood-focused menu in an al fresco dining room adjacent to the Queensboro Bridge.

The space features tables and chairs set atop an Astroturf patio. In addition to brews, the drink menu includes margaritas and frozen rosé on tap alongside other cocktails.

The kitchen is run by Seth Levine, the head chef at Hotel Chantelle on the LES who’s also appeared on the reality cooking show “Hell’s Kitchen.” Dishes include raw oysters, tuna poke, ceviche, a classic lobster roll and three kinds of sushi rolls.

The menu also features burgers, bratwurst, chicken and vegetable skewers, salads and other offerings.

Estate Garden Grill is the second outdoor eatery to open at the Ravel Hotel, which also includes Penthouse808 on the rooftop of its original building at 8-08 Queens Plaza South.

The new restaurant is part of the hotel’s 10-story expansion, which has been underway since 2013.

The new tower nearly doubles the size of the Ravel, and includes a 17,000 square-foot-ballroom, a 24,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor reception area and 50 new hotel rooms, including wedding suites.

Original plans for the expansion also included a swimming pool, as well as a reflecting pool that turned into an ice skating rink in the winter — though a spokeswoman for the hotel could not immediately provide an update on those parts of the project.

Estate Garden Grill is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and open Wednesdays to Sundays from 3 to 10 p.m.
