A bowling alley and bar will open in Long Island City tomorrow

By amol on May 19, 2017

A bowling alley and bar will make its Long Island City debut tomorrow.

The Gutter, a popular bowling alley in Brooklyn, will open a Queens location at 10-22 46th Ave. on Friday, according to a spokesperson for the establishment.

It will officially open at 2 p.m. and will include eight lanes. Owners Todd Powers and Paul Kermizian previously said they would look to establish bowling leagues. Since it features a bar, only people 21 and older will be allowed to enter but the establishment may have family bowling nights on the weekends. The Brooklyn location opened in 2007 and includes a music venue.

If prices are kept the same at the Long Island city location, each game will cost $7 per person plus an additional $3 for shoes.

Dnainfo first reported the story.
