A duplex penthouse at the top of the marketplace is currently for sale in Long Island City for just over $4 million.

As of mid-November the penthouse, at $4.15 million, was reportedly the second-priciest condo for sale in Queens. Of course, that price is still lower than what can be found in Manhattan and Brooklyn. But the unit also comes with two indoor parking spaces and two private storage units, and is located 10 minutes from Midtown.
