This Long Island City penthouse is the second-most expensive condo in Queens

A three-bedroom penthouse in Long Island City with “breathtaking open city views” in on the market for $4.15 million.

It also happens to be the second most expensive condo in Queens. The priciest condo in the borough is also in Long Island City with a price tag of $5 million.

Located at 10-40 46th Rd., the 2,415-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and more than a 1,000 square feet of outdoor space in the form of four terraces.

The first floor houses a bedroom with an en-suite bath and “generous closet space.” The kitchen is furnished with premium appliances including a Subzero refrigerator, 50-bottle wine cooler, Viking stove and a Miele dishwasher.

The first floor terrace includes a 4-foot-deep swim spa pool, a custom built bar area with a barbecue grill, outdoor shower and seating. Dubbed Casa Vizcaya, the condo also includes an upstairs master suite with a sitting area complete with a marble countertop bar and Subzero fridge and freezer, Miele dishwasher and wine cooler.

A second terrace includes an outdoor fireplace. The entire second level features dark bamboo flooring and recessed lighting. His and hers separate bathrooms, two walk-in closets and a laundry room with a Miele washer and dryer are also housed on the second floor.

Lucky tenants will also receive two indoor parking spaces and two private storage units and amenities include a 24-hour virtual doorman, gym, fully furnished roof deck, Zen garden, two bike rooms and a package room including cold storage for food deliveries. The condo is also pet friendly.
