Several rentals are already in contract at ODA New York’s Long Island City building just two weeks after leasing launched in the building. Of the 25 units listed on StreetEasy, 11 have already gone into contract. The Court Square Blog was the first to report on the building’s rental offering.
The 11-story building at 22-22 Jackson Avenue has a total of 175 rentals that range in size from studios to three-bedrooms. Studios that are currently available start at $2,275, and the priciest three-bedroom is going for $5,195 per month, according to StreetEasy.
The Gershon Company-developed building features a range of amenities on the third floor of the building, including an indoor swimming pool, a landscaped terrace, and a fitness center.
The building also features some penthouse units that will rent for upwards of $6,500 per month, according to The Court Square Blog.
