Queens boy, 14, missing from Long Island City home since Friday

A 14-year-old boy went missing from his Queens home Friday night, police said early Monday.

Tahfarie Gidarisingh was last seen at 41-06 Vernon Blvd., a stretch of apartments one block east of Queensbridge Park in Long Island City.

He vanished at around 10 p.m. Friday, authorities at the 114th Precinct said.

Gidarisingh is described as a black male, who is 5-foot-1 and 101 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information in Gidarisingh’s whereabouts are asked to call NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
