A 35-year-old man leaped to his death from the roof of his Long Island City luxury condo building Monday night, authorities said.
The man, whose identity was not released, was dead at the scene when first responders arrived at the Hunter Street building at about 9:05 p.m., FDNY officials said.
An employee of the building said the man worked in finance, kept to himself and had recently moved from Canada to the ritzy building, which was opened in April.
