Developer Greenwich Street Equities is bringing a new 152-room hotel to the northern edge of Long Island City, NY YIMBY reports. The eight-story is being designed by Gradient Architecture Studio in a style that looks pretty foreboding, although the decision to render it at night may have contributed to that. The hotel will also include a roof terrace, restaurant, conference rooms, and gym. The developer and architect also teamed up recently on a 34-room hotel in Boerum Hill, according to YIMBY.
