22-22 Jackson Avenue, ODA’s boxy building next to the 5Pointz site, has risen, and is now over 95 percent glassed, according to an update from The Court Square Blog. It looks like the building will be completed by the end of the summer, a quick turnaround as the development was announced just over two years ago. Developed by the Gershon Company, who bought the site in 2012 for $16.5 million, the building will contain 175 condominium units.
