Developers just can’t get enough of Long Island City. Plans for two more sizable residential buildings in the neighborhood were filed today. First up: an 11-story, 71-unit building by our old pal Karl Fischer (h/t New York YIMBY). Isaac Schwartz is the owner, and the property is located on 23rd Street between 41st Avenue and Queens Plaza North.

The other project is located further south in Hunters Point at 45-24 Vernon Boulevard (h/t The Real Deal). It’s a 13-story, 48-unit building developed by Brent Carrier and designed by SHoP Architects.
