YIMBY caught renderings and permits for a new mixed-use project in Long Island City. The development—located at 24-12 42nd Road—will be an eight-story, 36-unit building with 29,403 square feet of residential space and 4,328 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.

The project is being developed by Queens-based Ampiera Group, and joins a host of other new LIC projects.

A two-story building currently occupying the site is set to be demolished.
