Units In New Long Island City Building Ivy28 Hit the Market

Four units in brand new condo building Ivy28 — so named because it includes 28 residences in total — have hit the market with prices ranging from $609,000 to $521,000 . The apartments in the eight-story building are a mix of 1BRs and studios, and they all feature walk-in closets according to Modern Spaces, who are handling the sales and marketing. Public records show that the project was developed by a company known as Queens Plaza 27, Inc. and that the architect of record is Gareth Tseng of GP Architectural Studio. Ivy28 includes commercial space on the ground floor as well as a central courtyard that features ivy-covered walls and an “artistic mural,” which sounds much better than an un-artistic mural.
