GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (WABC) —
An SUV went out of control and crashed into a house Saturday morning in Garden City South, Long Island.
Authorities say the accident happened at about 9 a.m. at a two-story home on Kensington Road.
The car smashed into a first-floor bedroom, but luckily the occupants of the home were away at the time, and no one in the house was injured.
The driver is hospitalized, but the injuries are not considered life-threatening.
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
