By amol on August 5, 2013

cranberryAugust 5, Staff Report

A large eatery/salad bar is about to open near Queens Plaza.

Cranberry, which is located at 42-51 Hunter Street, will primarily be a lunch-time salad bar.  The establishment will offer everything from salads, pastas, Mexican fare to pizza. There will also be an Asian section where customers can buy noodles and sushi.

The store is located on the ground floor of the Fusion condominium building. Cranberry, with 5,000 sq ft. of ground floor space, will also have access to a lower level, where it will provide dining space.

Paul Kim, the owner, expects to be in operation within four weeks. He aims to capture business from nearby workers– as well as residents who have moved into nearby apartments.
