The answer is simple: you shove them into a metaphorical cage and let them battle it out until one emerges victorious. It’s time for Real Estate Deathmatch.

10-50 Jackson costs $105,000 (19 percent) more than 5-19 Borden Avenue, aka Murano. So what does that extra hundred grand get you? Well, there’s the additional half bath, the larger bedroom, the 60 square foot balcony, and the much more kitchen-y looking kitchen. But is it enough?
