Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent for a set dollar amount in various New York City neighborhoods. Is one man’s studio another man’s townhouse? Let’s find out! Today’s price: $2,600/month.

↑ In Williamsburg, a highly attractive 1BR unit in 84 South 1st Street goes for $2,500/month, with no fee. It includes a spacious living room, large windows, and a balcony.

↑ In Long Island City‘s Vere offers a 650-square-foot 1BR for $2,595/month. It includes floor-to-ceiling windows and the bathroom has radiant heated floors, which are both coveted apartment features that, honestly, seem a little overrated. The building has lots of amenities, though.

↑ A three-room 1BR in the West Village is going for $2,675/month. It has a windowed kitchen. The bedroom not pictured and almost certainly not large.
