Long Island City Industrial Sells For $3M

Nzdckns LLC sold the industrial building at 27-55 Jackson Ave. in Long Island City, NY to a private investor for $2.95 million, or about $149 per square foot.

The 19,760-square-foot property was built in 1931. At the time of sale the property was partically leased.

Zion Segev of DY Realty Services LLC represented the buyer.
