Watertown police allege man inhaled noxious fumes at Thompson Park

By amol on May 8, 2012

A city police officer patrolling Thompson Park Monday evening alleged finding a man inhaling fumes from a canned liquid cleaner.

Vadim Lushchikov, 19, Long Island City, was cited with unlawful possession of a noxious material, and is summoned to appear in City Court.

He was discovered at about 6 p.m. inhaling from a plastic bag which contained a can of Endust for Electronics, police said.

Mr. Lushchikov had an address at 1223 Faichney Drive on Feb. 26 when he was arrested in the town of Pamelia on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He pleaded guilty on March 15 to a reduced charge of driving while ability is impaired by the use of alcohol, according to town of Pamelia Court.
