Police Blotter Report:

Destiny M. Dingle, 21, of 21601 Floral Dr., Lot 37A,
Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s
deputies at 7:58 p.m. Monday with endangering the welfare
of a child. Deputies allege she left a 2-year-old child
unattended in a motor vehicle at 20991 Route 3, town of
Watertown. She is summoned to appear May 24 in Town of
Watertown Court. 

Vadim Lushchikov, 19, of 3520 21st St., Long Island
City, was charged by Watertown police at 6:38 p.m. Monday
in Thompson Park with unlawful possession of a noxious
material. Police said he possessed a can of “Endust
for Electronics” which he used in a plastic bag to
inhale fumes from the can at about 6 p.m. Monday in the
park. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public
Safety Building on $250 police bail pending arraignment
Tuesday morning in City Court. 

Tieisha Marie Aguon McNeal, 22, of 224 Sherman St.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:42 a.m.
Tuesday at her residence with endangering the welfare of a
child and unlawful possession of marijuana. She is accused
of possessing marijuana and smoking device containing the
drug in the presence of a 16-year-old girl at about 12:23
a.m. Tuesday in her home, police said. Ms. McNeal is
summoned to appear May 22 in City Court.

Renee M. Daniels, 18, of 164 Winslow St., Apt. A,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:41 a.m.
Tuesday at her residence with petit larceny. He is accused
of stealing a dog owned by Richard C. Stevens at about
1:45 a.m. April 29 at 1233 Faichney Dr., police said. She
is summoned to appear May 24 in City Court.  

Gerald A. Woodard III, 16, pf 16555 County Route
59, Dexter, and a 13-year-old boy, were each arrested
Monday morning at the Salmon Run Mall, according to state
police. Mr. Woodward is charged with fifth-degree criminal
possession of a controlled substance, possession of
hypodermic instrument, petit larceny and endangering the
welfare of a child. The other youth was charged with petit
larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a
controlled substance. Woodward was arraigned before LeRay
Town George E. Meade III and sent to the Metro-Jefferson
Public Safety Building with bail set at $2,500.

Beau A. Fletcher, 19, of 12528 Route 3, Sackets
Harbor, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies
at 9:14 p.m. Monday on Dodge Avenue in Sackets Harbor with
driving while ability impaired by drugs and unsafe lane
change following a property damage accident. Deputies said
he went off the right side of the road striking both a
curb and stop sign at about 8:49 p.m. Monday. Mr. Fletcher
and his passenger, Brian A. Dempster, 20, were not
injured, according to an accident report. He is summoned
to appear May 24 in Hounsfield Town Court. 

Shaun T. Fredette, 24, Indian Lake, was arrested on
a Jefferson County Court bench warrant at 5:20 p.m. Monday
at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, according
to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held
pending arraignment Tuesday morning in County Court on the
third-degree criminal possession of a weapon charge.
