The city is holding a housing lottery to fill 34 new affordable housing units in Watermark LIC, a 27-story construction which is expected to open this summer at 27-15 44th Drive.
According to NYC Housing Connect, 14 studio apartments are available at $908 per month to individuals who make between $33,018 and $ 40,080-a-year.
For people making below $40,080 or two tenants making with a shared income of below $45,840, one-bedrooms are $974.
There are also five two-bedroom apartments available for $1,176 for two people who make below $45,840 annually, three people making below to $51,540 or four people who make less than $ 57,240 yearly.
