On Thursday, Aug. 9th, as part of The Metropolitan Opera Summer Recital Series, three rising opera stars Deanna Breiwick (soprano), Alexander Lewis (tenor) and Edward Parks (baritone) will perform arias and duets from a variety of operas — including La Bohème, La Traviata, Faust, and Don Pasquale, along with selections from the American Songbook — during a free performance in Socrates Sculpture Park.
The artists will sing on a makeshift stage made from a specially fitted truck for the performance, the second time the Metropolitan Opera has come to Socrates Sculpture Park.
