New projects in the works
Apart from the East of East project on Jackson, there are 3-4 new projects getting heavy into construction at the moment.
These two at the foot of the Pulaski are finishing up:
There is this project up on 44th Drive -- kind of near the Citibank building.
Of course there is a big project happening near the Five Star Punjabi Diner. That's a mysterious commercial-style project -- may not be condos. Nearby is the Z Hotel construction plodding along.
And of course at the base of Vernon/Jackson is this fine project on the Cangro Transmissions site.
