The Bricktown Bagel & Cafe may be just over a month old, but Aracelis Del Ray says her shop already has a set of regular customers. Steady patrons include construction workers, tenants of newly built housing complexes nearby, and commuters from New York City. The cafe is close to both the Queensboro Bridge and the Queens Midtown Tunnel leading into the city, and she is confident new construction in Long Island City will bring in even more customers.
