The centers of gravity for property development in LIC so far have been along the waterfront (and its echo along Vernon Blvd) as well as the cluster of projects for residential and commercial use around Court Square. The magic that connects them is Jackson Ave, and last year's Echelon opening was the first big project there.

Rising quickly and tucked next to the Pulaski Bridge/11th Street is another big new project -- Hunters Point Condos. More on these as we hear more. For now, LICNYC is going to go make a field trip and see if we can get some pics of the build site. Stay tuned.
