The parking garage on Jackson and Queens Blvd

Tishman Speyer has been slowly evicting the tenants from the ground floor of that huge parking garage on Jackson at the foot of the Queensboro Bridge. They actually have control of that site and the big lot across the street -- which used to be (and still is) a dirty site. So they'll demolish the garage (someday...we've been waiting) and clean up the lot.

And what is to come? 1 million square feet of office space on the garage site and a big mongo condo on the lot. Onward Queens Plaza!
