LIC on the big East River night.

This year, LICNYC took a trip to the "other side" and watched the lights rain down over a fast-growing LIC skyline. Last year: 2 Queens West towers and Citibank. This year: 3 Queens West towers, the Citi and UNFCU bank towers and the rising figure of Citi 2. And all that real estate heat left a big halo too.
