A couple of developers have finally made a deal with the "crazy lady" who owns the Eagle Electric (big gray mass near the Citi tower) building on Court Square. They paid about 52.5 million for the 485,000 square feet, which apparently they plan to turn into....condos! How about that.

They aren't building up, though, which is interesting. They are going to spiff it up, throw in some bathrooms, and sell it for "half the price of Manhattan". 285 new yuppie families coming to LIC. Watch out.
