Demolition and construction

The big warehouse behind the Citibank building on 23rd street seems to be coming down. Not yet cleary what they will put up in its place. You can see the demolition crews at work in this shot.

Other projects making progresss:

- The apartment house in the lot that was recently cleared right next to the Citibank building. They have been bricking up the common wall and it looks like they are getting ready to build the 6 unit building.

- The 6 story building across from the firehouse. The foundation is in.

- The 45th Ave warehouse across from the Technology High School. Greiner-Maltz has its signs up saying "Condos! Condos! Condos!". Must be true.

- The apartment building they have just built at the corner of Jackson and Vernon, seeming from scratch, next to that row of underused auto supply shops.

- Those auto supply shops themselves seem to be cleared out. Something coming soon?

- Across the street, the big Cangro Transmissions building and the building with Ten63 (currently full of artist lofts upstairs) recently sold. Development coming soon?
