Thanks to Momo for the tip

The new C-Town management is totally re-doing the joint. New floors, refrigerators, produce section, etc etc. They already have a new lineup of products in certain key categories -- much better (e.g. the produce, the milk, the cheese, the meat. And new employees scurrying around of course. Looks like it's about 20% done; in the next few weeks we'll see where it's all heading.
